We are currently investigating an issue affecting call connectivity between our upstream provider and the Telenet/Base network.
Some users may experience failed or dropped calls, or may need to attempt multiple times before successfully connecting.

Our provider is aware of the problem and is actively working with the carriers involved to restore full service.

We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
